Overview: This position plays a critical role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring the timely and efficient recruitment of top-notch candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions in alignment with our business objectives.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with Management and Recruiters to align market intelligence findings with recruitment plans. Provide guidance on Diversity and Inclusion efforts, candidate engagement tactics, and talent attraction methods.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate market intelligence findings to internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, and senior management. Manage licenses and assist in the overall cost of platforms and tools. Deliver impactful presentations and reports to drive decision-making.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in market intelligence and talent acquisition. Share knowledge with the team and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain positive, strategic relationships with LinkedIn and other vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our company's recruitment needs on these platforms.
- Recruitment Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand current and future hiring needs, talent trends, diversity trends, and sourcing strategies. Translate these requirements into effective recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Overall Recruitment Management: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fill approved open positions. Collaborate with business, sourcing organization, hiring managers, HR, and recruitment leadership to support hiring needs of the organization. Design and support recruiting strategies to deliver long-term HR and business goals.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Pre-Qualification: Utilize various technology platforms and online resources to source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and preferences for candidates.
- Reporting and Resource Management: Generate weekly reports detailing recruiting delivery resource movement, headcount, and modeling scenarios. Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain a clear understanding of recruiting delivery resource needs.
- Sourcing Operations Leadership: Lead the Sourcing Operations team with a focus on digital sourcing, agency management, market intelligence, and recruiting platforms.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors such as LinkedIn, Indeed, among others.
- Agency Partner Collaboration: Oversee all open demand with agency partners and provide monthly forecasts of spend to share with leadership, if needed. Communicate process and provide status to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with candidates during the recruiting cycle. Manage assessment according to the position requirements, schedule and conduct interviews or panel sessions. Assess, prepare, and extend offer letters. Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends. Improve delivery, quality, diversity, and cost targets for recruiting processes.
