・エンタープライズ領域におけるアジャイル トランスフォーメーションを推進するアジャイル CoEの一員として、Large Scale Agileにおけるスクラムマスター、アジャイルコーチ、アジャイル PMOを担当して頂きます。
・アジャイル CoEは、アジャイル トランスフォーメーションにおけるアジャイル成熟度評価、ロードマップ作成からデリバリーまでをお客様と協業し、ビジネスアジリティ向上に貢献することをミッションとしています。
・通信・メディア、公共・医療、金融、素材・エネルギー、製造・流通といった各産業/業界を対象とします。

◆応募要件
・SAFe、LeSS、SCRUMなどのアジャイルの知見がある方、SPC/SPCT等の資格を保有している方。
・アジャイルのマインド、カルチャーを理解し、お客様にアジャイルの価値提供経験のある方。
・クライアントフェーシング志向、チームワークを重視し、自発的に課題解決・変化創造に取り組める方。
