採用部門に所属し、福岡のダイレクトリクルーティング（ダイレクトソーシング）チームのメンバーとして、経験者採用業務全般及びチーム運営に携わります。
◆業務内容
・採用戦略
・候補者の母集団形成（中途採用媒体やSNS（ビズリーチ、LinkedIn、AMBI、Openworkなど）を使ったダイレクトリクルーティング）
・人事面談、候補者フォローアップ
・担当部署への報告・連携、マーケット情報提供
・チーム運営業務、メンバーマネジメント
◆勤務場所
・福岡オフィス（福岡県福岡市博多区）
◆応募要件
・採用業務経験もしくは人材紹介・人材派遣・RPO（業務委託）いずれかの業務経験2年以上
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・中途採用候補者との人事面談・オファー面談経験
・候補者フォロー経験
・コンサルティング・企画・エンジニア・デジタル領域のタレントスカウト実績
・一人で求職者・担当企業双方を担当した人材エージェント経験
・ダイレクトソーシングを含めた採用戦略立案・分析経験
