This dashboard visualises the output of an Alteryx decision tree predictive model, which uses a number of indicators to forecast each employee’s probability of leaving. The dashboard allows you to investigate which factors may lead to an employee leaving.
The benefits delivered from this analysis include:
- Identifying employee segments most likely to leave, allowing HR departments to focus retention strategies on those groups
- Highlighting the factors most correlated with employees leaving – what can be done about these factors in the future to reduce employee churn?
- Enable more granular forecasts of employee churn (e.g. by department, role etc.) to improve workforce planning.
