AI/ML Senior Manager Engineer

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an AI/ML Senior Manager Engineer. In this role, you will influence and advise across multiple teams while delivering innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud-based AI services, and Database Architecture, capable of designing scalable, production-ready platforms that enable advanced analytics and intelligent applications.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies
- Strong experience with cloud-based AI services and enterprise AI solution architecture
- Advanced knowledge of Database Architecture, data modeling, and scalable data platforms
- Experience developing and deploying deep learning models, LLMs, and AI-driven applications
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and production-grade AI/ML pipelines
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
- Advanced English communication skills (minimum, B2)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems using cloud-based AI services
- Build scalable data pipelines that support model training and production environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence
- Customize and apply deep learning and Generative AI models based on business requirements and available data
- Conduct research and development of advanced algorithms, models, and simulations for high-performance computing applications
- Work with large-scale datasets and apply data preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality training and production data
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval systems that support machine learning models and knowledge management solutions
- Define and evolve database architecture strategies to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing AI platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure, data, and computing requirements, including edge devices and high-performance computing resources
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to key architectural and technology decisions across multiple teams
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes

- Experience with Foundation Model Fine Tuning and Large Language Model Fine-Tuning.
