Job description
As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, cloud-based HR and Financial solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
We are looking for a Workday Integration Analyst to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Analysing client integration requirements and gather leading practices, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
Participate in workshops preparation and supporting Stream Leads in discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise
Support one or more Workday integration workstreams with configuration and reporting on progress
Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Le tue caratteristiche
Necessary skills/experience
Fluency in English and Italian
A strong desire to build a career surrounding the Workday platform and to work with clients to provide exceptional experiences
Motivated and solution-oriented by nature
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Knowledge on Coding/Integration would be beneficial but is not essential
Experience in a professional environment, ideally in consulting would be preferred
