Base pay

Your base pay is determined by your job, unique skills, impact and career progression.

Employee share purchase plan

The ESPP enables you to buy shares at a 15% discount. You can contribute up to 10% of your pay towards the purchase of Accenture shares.
Life insurance

You’ll automatically receive a basic level of coverage, and you can purchase additional coverage for yourself and your spouse.
Personal Accident

You’ll automatically receive a basic level of coverage for accidental death, and you can purchase additional coverage for yourself and your spouse. In the event of total or partial disability, a certain amount of coverage depending on the nature of the disability shall be provided.
Future Service Liability

In the event of death, your nominee would be entitled to a lump sum payout covered under the future service liability (FSL) insurance.

Paid time off (PTO)

You’ll be eligible for Paid time off (PTO) each year based on the state you are working in. PTO includes earned leave, sick leave & casual leave.

Public Holidays

You are entitled to ten public holidays in a calendar year that comprises eight fixed holidays and two floating holidays.

Parental leave

Primary caregivers receive 26 weeks paid leave (applicable for adoption as well) and secondary caregivers receive up to 15 working days paid leave.

Bereavement Leave

To support our people in coping with the loss of their loved ones, they can take 4 consecutive weeks of leave in the event of the death of a spouse or child, and 3 consecutive working days in the event of the death of a close family member including parents, parents-in-law, siblings and grandparents.
