Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous connection between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by employing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. Your role involves precisely identifying client concerns and crafting effective solutions grounded in thorough understanding of the product, fostering a reliable and responsive support environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols related to software defined networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues within software defined environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and address potential problems.
- Familiarity with network security principles and their application in software defined networks.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement network solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
