Role Description
Performs internal application pentests and operates SCA/SAST and WAF platforms (AWSWAF,F5 with 24/7 on-call). Works independently with strong ownership while collaborating proactively with developers and global AppSec stakeholders. Follows up on vulnerabilities in a self driven manner and clearly communicates risks and mitigation recommendations. Continuously improves and automates AppSec workflows using AI, while actively learning and sharing insights with the
Skills
Profound understanding of application security risks and mitigations
Strong hands-on pentesting experience for web applications and APIs
Experience with SAST/SCA, AWS cloud environments, and ideally WAFs
AI and automation skills, with Python expertise
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset coordination skills
Responsibilities
The Application Security (AppSec) team partners with product and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle to identify risks, enable secure design decisions, and to protect applications in prod. development Working across soon four locations, we rely on clear communication, active contribution, knowledge sharing, and shared ownership to stay aligned. We challenge ideas through open, constructive dialogue to drive better decisions. Security is integrated into development workflows with a strong focus on minimizing friction business services and dev teams and constantly improved in that respect
