Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate with both cloud and traditional infrastructure. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops and validates architectural proofs to assess the feasibility and robustness of the cloud environment, collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable and scalable platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, security, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and deployment strategies.
- Experience with automation and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud application performance.
- Understanding of security principles related to cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
