Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. The role requires actively engaging in designing, coding, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to implement innovative approaches, embracing cloud technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. This position demands a proactive mindset focused on delivering high-quality, scalable software that meets evolving client needs in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
