The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture • helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, • and improve their businesses.• You will be supporting work done by Content Moderation and other Trust & Safety resources whose role includes analyzing, working with, viewing • and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text based content and or investigating, escalating and or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.rust & Safety is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also • be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or • inadvertently exposed to potentially disturbing, objectionable, an • and sensitive • content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). • This role is not intended to analyze, work with, view or proactively engage with • sensitive or disturbing content as part of the role. However, given the role may • be in proximity to Trust & Safety roles that do review content, there is a • potential for you to experience indirect exposure to content.
What are we looking for? • Technical: • Strong understanding of WFM Concepts and tools • Proficiency in Advance Excel and SQL and data manipulation for WFM reporting • Experience with Excel-based scheduling models and dashboards. • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI is a plus. • WFM experience as Schedular, RTAs, Capacity planning, Forecasting, etc.
