Develop meeting logistics and attendee experience to support event objectives. Collaborate with internal groups and service providers. Manage cost estimates, budget reconciliation, venue procurement, planning services, event execution, and reporting support. Use technology to support the meeting process. Support resolution of escalations related to meetings or events.
• Professional experience in event management.
• Skill in interpersonal communication.
• Oral and written resourcefulness.
• Fluency in English and desirable in Spanish.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Negotiation skills.
• Organization.
