120 calendar days paid maternity leave
Adoption leave
90 calendar days paid primary caregiver leave
40 working days paid secondary caregivers leave
Stillbirth/Miscarriage leave
Stillbirth : 120 calendar days for
birth mother of stillbirth, 40 working days for secondary caregiver.
Miscarriage : Both birth parent and secondary caregiver are entitled to 3 working days.
No fly policy
Female employees may work locally and not be required to fly out of their home office for one year following their return from their paid maternity leave.
Care for dependents
We offer caregiver leave for employees to care for an immediate family member who is ill.
5 working days for outpatient care
3 working days for dangerously ill and require admission or warded in ICU
Dependent medical coverage
Dependents are covered for inpatient insurance and outpatient treatment.
Dental coverage
Dependents are covered for dental treatment claim.
Health screening program
Dependents can enjoy the benefits of comprehensive health screening at any clinic of own choice.
Bereavement leave
20 working days for the death of direct dependent i.e., spouse or child(ren)

Your time away
Sometimes, situations in life call you away from your work. In those times, know that we support you with a full suite of time-away programs including paid holidays, paid time off (PTO) days, and extra time off for new parents.
Paid time off
PTO encompasses regular vacation / annual leave along with paid sick leave. Days vary based on years of service or management levels.
Holidays
We provide 18 paid holidays for you, in addition to the PTO program.

A variety of programs exist to allow employees to take leave when life calls you away from your work.
