Extension and optimization of Header/Footer template creation
Previously, you could define the header on the first and subsequent pages of a header/footer template, while the footer remained the same on all pages. Now, you can also define the footer on the first and subsequent pages, making your entire document generation process much more intuitive.
Define conditions for portfolio items
Previously, you could select portfolio items for each employee manually. Now, you can define specific conditions for portfolio content on the Template Editor Page, enabling automatic creation of the final document content. This enhancement reduces potential errors and saves time by automating the selection process.
Effortless Document Generation in Employee Self-Service
The new employee self-service feature empowers employees to independently create documents such as employment certificates. This functionality allows employees to quickly and easily generate the necessary documents directly from the SAP SuccessFactors home page, without needing assistance from the HR department. This streamlines the process, saves time, and enhances overall efficiency by simplifying and accelerating document creation.
New application language
To further support our global customers, Turkish is now available as an application language in addition to already established languages such as English, German, French, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Italian, Polish and Swedish.
Work more efficiently by saving progress
A new Save as Draft feature enables users to save work-in-progress and return to it later, enabling greater flexibility and reducing the pressure to finalize documents quickly. This feature helps users to revisit and correct drafts to refine and perfect work over time, minimizing errors and improving overall efficiency and quality. Additionally, users can easily collaborate with team members by saving drafts for review and feedback before finalizing.
Easily download all documents for an employee
Supports employees' rights under GDPR regulations by enabling all documents stored in their personnel files to be downloaded in one step and made available to them on request. This enhancement means that both employees and HR managers can easily access stored documents, promoting transparency and compliance with GDPR requirements.

Full Download Report Enhancements
Administrators can now add up to 10 fields to Full Download reports via configuration settings. In addition, users can select to download either All Exceptions or only Unresolved Exceptions on the Reports page to reduce the size of the file and the time it takes to create the file.
New rule component: Mathematical Comparison
The new rule component is capable of performing mathematical calculations and comparisons based on numeric SAP SuccessFactors fields. It is configured as part of the Single Record Generic Evaluation rule type, this rule component can be used with other rule components
A mathematical comparison can consist of:
- Constants
- Variables as numeric SAP SuccessFactors fields
- Mathematical operators (+, -, *, /)
- Exactly one comparison operator (=, !=, <, >)
Assign custom roles from SAP SuccessFactors
To maintain permissions in a single place, all roles related to Accenture Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic, such as standard application roles and custom roles, can now be centrally assigned to users through SAP SuccessFactors Manage Permission Groups. Additionally, authorization administrators can now create new Classic custom roles by duplicating and renaming existing roles within the application.
Enhancements to support screen readers
To further improve accessibility for visually impaired users, the application has been enhanced to allow screen readers to more accurately read grids, panels, and action buttons on the Rule Overview page.
Redesign of Effective Dated Processing (BETA)
The Effective Dated Processing (EDP) feature has been redesigned to include the check period of each audit plan as the basis for valid exception checking, resulting in a more functional iteration of the feature. This means that data changes up to 3 months in the future can be grouped into an audit plan with a review period that looks at the current period plus 3 months in the future.
Define relevant data changes for status updates
The new relevantKeyFields attribute can be used to specify which data changes in business key fields during audits or rechecks should be considered when updating the exception status for the following two rule types: ConstantValue, DecisionTableFieldValueCheck. Data changes to fields not specified in the attribute will not affect the status of an exception.
Audit period automatically updated in reports
To provide the user with more flexibility in managing audit periods, increasing the audit period of an audit plan will now be reflected immediately in defined reports. This eliminates the need to manually update the audit period in all related reports each time the audit period is increased. In addition, the report for the current audit period now automatically opens on the Reports page. To view the report for different audit periods, there is now an option to easily select previous audit periods and load the data accordingly.
Reports page enhanced with additional labels
To make it easier and more intuitive for users to review new and existing reports, SAP SuccessFactors labels are now displayed alongside the technical names on the Reports page, so users don't need to know the technical specifications of entity and field names.
Foundation Objects field labels in Full Download Reports
To help users with the interpretation of Full Download Reports, they now include foundation object field labels in addition to their technical names.
Accessibility enhancements in Rule Overview and Reports pages
To improve accessibility, several adjustments have been made to the Reports and Rule Overview page, such as making the left side of the Rules panel collapsible and resizable, and making the filter section of the panel a fixed size with a scroll bar to save screen space.
Private report assignment in SAP SuccessFactors
Security administrators who manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SAP SuccessFactors can now assign private reports to users from SAP SuccessFactors, allowing them to further manage permissions from a central location.
Job Scheduler redesign
On the Data Pull and Audit Plans page, the Job Scheduler functionality has been redesigned to streamline the viewing and creation of job schedules in the following ways:
- Defining job schedules has been simplified. Users only need to specify the start date and frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
- The schedule list window now displays the next execution time for each job schedule.
AHRACaas Discovery integration (BETA): Resolve exceptions from Discovery
Users can now view, manage and resolve Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Classic exceptions in Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Discovery. This enables users to address all data issues from a central location, irrespective of the application that identified them, enabling the swift resolution of exceptions.
Simplified audit periods
How users calculate audit period start and end dates has been simplified. Starting with release 10.4, the first audit period start date will always be equal to the defined audit plan start date, regardless of the number set for the first audit period. This enhancement eases audit time calculation and frees up users for other HR tasks.
More efficient data pulls
Starting with Release Version 10.4, data pulls will no longer include records from entities that are not part of any assigned rules. This enhancement can reduce the time taken for users to complete data pulls.
Record pulling based on check period
Records of the EmployeeTime and EmpPayCompNonRecurring entities will now be pulled based on an effective date range that is automatically determined by the application. This enhancement reduces the number of records pulled for these two entities during data pulls, offering greater efficiency and productivity gains.
Milestone enhancement for Classic-Discovery integration (BETA)
Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Discovery can now pull exceptions from all rule types in Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic. This is a milestone enhancement that marks significant progress toward full integration of the two modules and is intended for testing purposes.
Automatic user detection for Role Based Permissions Pull
System administrators have the option to automatically pull the list of Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic users for role-based permissions (RBP) directly from SAP SuccessFactors. This enhancement facilitates alternative solutions for all supported features that previously relied on the user maintenance list, removing the need to keep an up-to-date user maintenance list.
Enhanced comparison of fields
The processing of component-based rules has been enhanced to process fields with different navigation properties using the SingleRecordGenericEvaluation rule type, especially when they come from the same entity.
Improved employee filter processing
Enhancements to the processing of employee filters during data pulls with the application of the new Effective Dated Processing (EDP) feature.
Navigate to most relevant landing page
After login, users will now be directed to the most relevant page based on their role, eliminating an extra step when working in the application. Users with access to multiple pages can continue to navigate the application using the menu on the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
Automatic saving of Private Report names to custom MDF Object
With Private Report Assignment in SAP SuccessFactors enabled, security administrators no longer need to manually register private reports into the custom MDF object. Once created, new private reports are automatically registered to the private reports MDF Object in SAP SuccessFactors.
Schedule regular Audit Results Purge
The Audit Result Deletion job step has been added, enabling system admins to schedule the automatic deletion of audit results and set a retention period for the same.
Discovery:
Update fields in SAP SuccessFactors
Users can now update fields in SAP SuccessFactors directly from the Findings Inbox or Planned Updates page, reducing the time and effort required for this process.
Heatmap Chart Enhancements
The Expectations Inbox Heatmap Chart has been enhanced to help users interpret generated expectations with a more comprehensive view of field-value relationships.
SAP SuccessFactors People Profile Header in the Findings Inbox
To provide a clearer overview, the FINDINGS INBOX has been enhanced to display the employee information pulled from SAP SuccessFactors in the same way as the SAP SuccessFactors People Profile header.
Download all findings
To provide users with a more flexible way to analyze findings, a comprehensive report of all existing findings can now be downloaded.
Recruitment Support Added to SAP SuccessFactors
To extend the functionality of the application, SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment is now supported. Expectations and Findings related to Recruitment objects are now available in the new Recruitment tile.
New Status Icons for Easier Findings Tracking
Status icons have been introduced into the application to make it easier to process and track Findings.
Status change history now displayed
To help reviewers track how each finding has been addressed, Discovery now displays a complete history of status changes for a finding from initial detection to current status.
Improve findings by leveraging the Succession Data Model
To further improve findings, users can now leverage the Succession Data Model from SAP SuccessFactors when uploaded to Discovery, enabling the application to take changes in the Business Configuration UI into account.
New expectation type: Expect value to be unique
Improvements to the user experience with the addition of the EXPECT VALUE TO BE UNIQUE expectation type. It enables the application to detect whether fields should have a unique value.
Additional button eases changing multiple statuses and notes
The EDIT STATUSES AND NOTES button has been added to the FINDINGS INBOX and EXPECTATIONS INBOX. It enables users to set the same status and/or add the same note for multiple findings or expectations at the same time to avoid the duplication of effort.
Easier review process of expectations status
Expectations reviewers can now set expectations to VALID or INVALID, where only findings from VALID expectations are visible to findings reviewers, saving time and effort.
Restrict Update button per entity
The update button is now usable only for findings related to entities specified by system administrators in the settings page. This ensures better control over data corrections, preventing accidental alterations.

System admins can now add organizational filter fields to further narrow down findings and expectations based on their requirements and organizational structure.
Jump to relevant portlet in SAP SuccessFactors
In the Findings Inbox, users can instantly navigate to the relevant portlet in SAP SuccessFactors by clicking a button next to the entity. This eliminates the need to scroll through the SAP SuccessFactors People Profile to find the relevant portlet and makes the data correction process faster.
Add fields in Download All Findings report
Admins can add fields as custom columns in All Findings Reports by specifying them in the Settings, so that the report includes more relevant information.
Findings Inbox: Group by object or expectation
The “Group by” option has been added to the Findings Inbox, enabling reviewers to group findings by Employee/Object or Expectation. With this functionality, users can more efficiently work from Findings that are related.
Enhanced search bar in Findings Inbox
The search bar of the Findings Inbox has been enhanced, enabling users to search for findings by field, employee/object name, or expectation.

Web-based Word add-in
The enhanced web-based Word add-in enables users to directly edit templates in MS Word online. Key updates include customizable data field modifications via the "Edit" button and an integrated Message Log for easy access to information, warnings and error messages.
Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud 10.0
Process Monitor Enhancements
Users can now easily track the correct logs for a process in the Logging Service, such as incomplete or failed records, through the added Process ID columns in the Process Monitor. In addition, the re-run and parallel process indicator is now also displayed under the Process ID.
Additional flexibility for condition-based anonymization rules
In order to make the anonymization process more flexible to business requirements, enhancements have been made to condition-based rules, such as using anonymized values of an entity as a decision rule for another entity.
Increased flexibility in ID generation:
The application now supports the use of SAP SuccessFactors business rules to generate new IDs for copied users. This enhancement is offering more flexibility in ID generation according to business requirements.
Enhanced handling for country-specific picklists
A single field maintained across countries but with different picklists is a typical country-specific configuration.
The handling of country-specific picklists configured this way is further optimized to copy and anonymize country-specific addresses, job, compensation, and employment information.
Homepage accessibility improvements
As part of our initiative to improve the accessibility of Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud, several improvements have been made to the homepage, including a new design for the breadcrumbs and focus indicators when working with the keyboard.
Extended National ID Anonymization
Anonymization of additional and updated National ID types as of the SAP SuccessFactors 1H2023 are now supported.
Support of Employee Time Attendance
In addition to absences, the application now supports the copying and anonymization of employee time attendance, providing a more complete time record for copied employees.
Easier copy and anonymization
The Assignment ID is now given the same value as the User ID, supporting the copy and anonymization of employees with this ID in an easier, more automated way that saves time and effort.
Streamlined process with reusable selection templates
For a streamlined process that saves time and effort, users can now apply selection templates instead of starting a process from scratch each time. The selection templates can be adapted to the various process scenarios so that users can predefine several selections.

Accenture HR Data Loader 10.0
Learning Platform for Accenture HR Data Loader
To support the skill development of application users, Accenture HR Data Loader is now integrated with the HCM Learning Platform. This is accessible from within the application. The learning materials serve as a starter kit for onboarding new application users or as a refresher course for existing users.
SAP SuccessFactors as Configuration Store
As an alternative to storing configuration files and process icon files through the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Document Service, users can now store them directly in SAP SuccessFactors using a custom MDF Object.
Log All Process Fields in Process Log Upload Details
SAP SuccessFactors Data Store users now have the option to log all fields for viewing and downloading, allowing users to maintain an audit log that documents the data changes made to SAP SuccessFactors, which is particularly useful for processes such as Mass Hire.
Thai as a new application language
Thai is now a new user interface language, joining English, German, Japanese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, and French.
Easier to review data changes in the Workbench
To further improve the user experience, data changes in the Workbench can now be easily reviewed and uploaded to SAP SuccessFactors by adding a display of both the original and edited values of records.
Optimized handling of country-specific picklist fields
To accommodate a typical configuration where a single field is maintained across countries, but with different picklists, the handling of country-specific picklists has been further optimized.
Selective record upload from the Workbench
To reduce processing time, users can now select records to load from the Workbench into SAP SuccessFactors. This enables focus and eliminates the need to sift through unnecessary records.
Updating multiple employments
When importing data from SAP SuccessFactors, there’s now an option in the advanced selection to include an employee's related employment history. This enhancement enables users to update the employment records of those matching the search criteria, offering added flexibility and convenience.
Flexible support for country-specific picklists
Currently, for mass changes in country-specific fields, such as the Address Information, customers typically configure one process for each country to manage the country-specific picklist fields. Now, country-specific picklists are flexible and can change based on the country selected for the record, supporting a centralized process configuration for multiple countries.
Enhanced handling of drop-down values
Picklist fields, such as country-specific picklists and drop-down values from foundation objects, are now filtered based on the parent or country field's default value. Now, only relevant values cascade for records with typical parent-child relationships, saving time and effort.
Additional process notes
Process initiators can now add notes to their processes that are visible to others using the Process Monitor. These notes can serve as useful future references, enabling users to easily review and analyze a process, maintain documentation and capture important details or insights.
Apply mathematical operators in Mass Edit
Users can now effortlessly apply mathematical operators to number fields using the Mass Edit functionality within the Workbench, enhancing usability and the overall user experience.
Streamlined Mass Changes for Dynamic Permission Groups
Managing permission groups in SAP SuccessFactors has traditionally been a time-consuming task, requiring individual updates for each group. Now, with our two new processes, permission administrators can effortlessly create and modify multiple dynamic permission groups simultaneously, significantly enhancing the user experience.

Improved ad hoc comparison program: Ad hoc comparison programs now feature a new option to exclude specific fields from comparisons, enabling more precise checking by omitting irrelevant fields.

Better analysis of customizing tables: A new report has been added to provide an overview of the customizing table state, aiding in pre-migration analysis.
Pre-delivered country specific customizing tables: To facilitate the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4), the Copy program for customizing tables has been enhanced to include country specific customizing tables for Austria and Brazil.

Migrate year-to-date data (United States and Canada): New migration templates for the United States and Canada facilitate the migration of year-to-date data, the existing year-to-date functionality.
Enhanced migration dashboard: Several enhancements have been made to the migration dashboard to improve its reporting capabilities, data display and navigation.
Enhanced workbench: Improvements to the comparison workbench hide columns with non-deviating values and set annotations of multiple records with deviation in the selected column/columns as a quick step for error management.

The updated browser-based user interface makes the everyday usage and maintenance of SAP HCM data and applications more easy—even for those unfamiliar with SAP environments.
