A Workday Technology professional with a passion for learning who is looking to re-start or resume their Workday career after a break of 12 months or more

The Work:

Program Details:

Accenture supports people with both their professional and personal goals and understands the latter sometimes requires a person to take a career break. The Accenture Technology Return to Work Program is a 16-week paid “returnship” program for experienced Technology focused professionals. It is designed to ensure individuals seeking to return to work after a break are given the re-entry support and training they need to thrive.   • This is a paid 16-week program running from 10/21/2024 through 2/10/2025

  • The program consists of an orientation, training around the latest technologies, and a project role at one of our Accenture clients.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, Accenture will evaluate if an offer for regular, full-time employment is available based on performance and business need.

    • All Accenture employees are required to live within a 90-minute ground commute of an Accenture office.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

  • You’ve been out of the workforce or Workday Ecosystem for a minimum of 12 months

  • Minimum of 1 year of Workday Financials experience

  • Active or Inactive Workday Certifications (s) (if inactive, has been used within the last 24 months)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus points if:

  • You have prior experience working for a Workday Partner or Large Consulting firm

  • You’ve been part of a project delivery team or managed technical and/or cross functional project teams

  • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
