You are:

A Salesforce Developer with team leadership experience

The Work:

• Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce application built in Sales, Service or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Implementation: Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

• Manage and Lead small engagement teams (up to 5 members) to deliver projects

This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office. Primary hiring locations are Nashville, TN and Berwyn, PA but we may consider qualified applicants in Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL.

What you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Minimum of 5 years proven ability to drive and deliver a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus Points if:

  • Proficient in SFDC - Configuration, Customization, Apex Programming, VisualForce, Lightening Framework, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), CI/CD pipeline, AppExchange, Version Control, Data Management, release management, Design and Build enablement, Data migration, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and technical challenges.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, PD1, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud, Veeva Vault, any industry cloud
  • Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM and applications based on Apex Language. Experience in designing and implementing custom solution using SF Object, SF fields, WorkFlows, validation rules, Approval process, sharing rules, visual force pages, apex classes, controllers & triggers, Salesforce lightening and various other components. Experience in Data migration and integration.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
