Job Summary

The Group Project Manager/Operations Lead leads and manages a large, complex piece of business while managing day-to-day oversight from supporting Project Managers. The Group Project /Operations Lead creates and maintains the commercial health of the account, assessing project risks and communicates contingency plans to stakeholders across all work streams.

Job Responsibilities

· Own, manage and deliver large pieces of business (may be one large account or several medium-sized accounts):

· Oversee reconciling billing and payments to clients/vendors in order to run monthly client billing meetings

· Direct the analysis of monthly client-revenue/cost-analysis packages

· Facilitate healthy internal and client communications around commercial health of account including prioritization and impact for all incoming requests

· Oversee resource utilization and finance burn reports

· Manage schedules, resource allocations profitability and reflighting within Workbook, MME, MMD, etc

· Contribute to the ongoing assessments of ways of working for continued improvements for account directly overseeing as well as overall marketing practice.

· Work with the Project Management, Account and Finance departments to continue education regarding scopes and staffing allocations

Qualifications

● 8+ years of commercial and operations management experience (preferably agency related) is a plus

● Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics

● Understanding of financial statements and general ledgers

● Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)

● Superior computer skills; comfort with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

● Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet established deadlines

● Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

● Independent thinker able to help create efficient processes with minimal supervision

· Experience managing large, complex pieces of business

· Proficient at managing project budgets, scope and resource utilization

· Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to track the career development of one or more direct reports

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
