Technology Strategy Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Strategy Senior Manager in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Shape and scope value-led business transformations navigating in a high degree of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Own and sell strategy projects by advising team to take accountability for client deliverables.
  • Drive executive storytelling and/or financial analysis.
  • Own accountability for the delivery of complex projects, including day-to-day management of team and client relationships.
  • Articulate client's value story leveraging deep industry and functional expertise.
  • Publish well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, guidance, and recommendations on a specific strategy topic.
  • Articulate how business/industry/technology trends can impact the C-suite issues and how a combination of technology solution offerings can solve these problems.
  • Lead the continuous development of one or more of technology tools, assets, and methodologies, including Technology Operating Model, and Transformation Office.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Innovation and Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in strategy consulting.
 
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing operating model strategies, technology in Mergers and Acquisitions, Zero-based Technology Budgeting, or technology-driven revenue growth strategy;
  • Identifying and prioritizing value creation opportunities based on detailed assessments and analysis of current technology footprint;
  • Driving strategic opportunities which incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations;
  • Developing operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies;
  • Writing business cases;
  • Articulating a C-suite relevant technology vision that incorporates industry trends, competitor insights, and functional recommendations across all business areas inclusive of IT, finance, HR, supply chain, and business specific domains;
  • Defining the goals of technology to generate revenue and capture market share, bring down cost, and creating new experiences, articulated through a C-level presentation, technology blueprint, business case, and roadmap; and
  • Leading and managing teams including planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the New York Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $255,944.00 per year.
