The Wealth Account Servicing Center of Excellence Analyst III reports to the Account Servicing Center of Excellence Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks received from the administrative team for execution.  The assigned work must be analyzed for action, monitored in their queue and executed in the appropriate work stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and execute on specific work requests to ensure appropriate outcome is achieved.  Analyst will review requests, determine appropriate work stream for action and execute accordingly.

  • Administer defined procedures for specific function as assigned.

  • Knowledgeable in area of responsibility and fully capable of executing/completing complex functions within. 

  • Identify and resolve problems timely while maintaining established Service Level Agreements and guidelines.

  • Provide training, guidance and support for teammates. 

  • Must be fully versed on all functions comprising the business unit and provide leadership to junior teammates. 

  • Review and interpret trust documents for dispositive provisions per document terms. 

  • Must be highly attuned to detail to ensure fiduciary responsibility is honored.  This is a multi-faceted process that must be followed closely to ensure accurate and complete distribution of trust assets.

  • Review and interpret associated fees and taxes.  Must be versed in trust and account types to account for all trust or account associated fees, knowledge of asset types for associated fees and trust taxes and associated fees for tax work.

  • Collaborate with trust advisors, tax vendor, securities processing vendors.  Must be able to communicate concisely and effectively in determining appropriate action for next steps.

  • Understand the inherent risk in the distribution process of cash and assets and mitigate risk during the process. 

  • Responsible for proper escalation of matters to leadership and other internal parties for determinable action.

  • Responsible for completion of projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in banking environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to train and lead teammates during typical and atypical circumstances.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software product.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability for organization. Must be able to work in high volume and fast paced environment. 

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in high volume environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
