I spend my days leading my team in designing and implementing innovative data systems for clients. Through our work, we help each client effectively make use of data to generate insights for improving operational efficiency and productivity or for delighting customers.

My work requires a lot of knowledge on technology, which keeps changing at a fast pace. To stay abreast, I continuously update my grasp of the latest advances in the data engineering field. I make use of Accenture’s up-to-date learning resources and take time to exchange insights in exciting discussions with experts.
All these preparations help me ensure success in my projects, which often involve cutting-edge methodologies and technology. I always get excited to use my expertise to help clients find new ways of engaging with customers or employees.
I also gained insight into many industries as a result of working with diverse enterprises from retail, banking, oil and gas, and more. Such variety of experience enhanced my ability to engage and help clients, no matter their industry.
Soft skills are also a very important component of my work and of our people-oriented culture at Accenture. I communicate openly with my clients and team to enhance teamwork and collaboration. I found that it is also key to avoiding and quickly resolving project issues. When the pandemic occurred, we prioritized our people’s health and well-being. We quickly adapted to work-from-home to continue to support each other and our clients.
My attentiveness toward others also extend to my family. Despite my busy schedule, I make sure to spend time with them, watching movies, playing games or just hanging out together.
