Based in Mumbai, Raghav Narsalay, a Managing Director at Accenture Research, is the Accenture Research Lead, Metaverse Continuum Business Group of Accenture. The team led by Raghav specializes in building primary data-driven actionable insights on business strategies and organizational roadmaps companies must adopt in their metaverse journeys. His research team works actively with strategy and consulting practices of Accenture to deliver client-relevant deliverables.
Raghav's work on digital transformation, open innovation and inclusive business models stands published in tier-1 publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Stanford Social Innovation Review and The European Business Review. His research focusing on how companies can harness the strengths of their various stakeholders to deliver commercially viable inclusive business value won the prestigious "Special Mention for Pioneering Contribution" at the Academy for Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2013 Conference held at the University of Oxford. Raghav also extensively writes in leading Indian national dailies on innovation and digital strategy.
Adjudged by The Financial Express in 2006 as one of the youngest influential policymakers in India, Raghav continues to work with a range of business and social stakeholders to build a more entrepreneur-friendly innovation ecosystem.
Raghav holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in statistics and economics, respectively from the University of Mumbai. He has completed his European masters in law and economics from Erasmus University. He is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata) from where he has completed is Executive Program in Business Analytics.
