Job Overview:

As a Business Agility Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding organizations through Lean/Agile journeys. You will utilize your expertise in Organizational Design, Customer Focus, Lean Portfolio Management, Team and Technical Agility, and Leadership Agility to work with leadership teams and define strategies. You will lead coaching activities and ensure value realization across functional areas. Your mission is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, which will enable organizations to thrive in dynamic business environments. Furthermore, your role will require you to have skills that focus on clearly articulating transformation business value and managing the planning and preparation for design thinking and customer journey workshops.

Responsibilities:

Agile Methodology Implementation:

- Design, tailor, and scale Agile ways of working that align with organizational goals.

- Guide the organization in adopting agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

- Define practices, processes, and tools that support new ways of working.

- Conduct thorough assessments of the client's current business processes, organizational structure, and culture to identify areas for improvement and agility enhancement.

- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.

- Identify patterns across teams and adjust them to optimize ways of working.

Digital Transformation Skills:

- Clearly articulate digital transformation business value and present options aligned with transformation goals.

- Focus on the strategy, design, and delivery of large and complex transformation initiatives.

- Manage the definition of practices, processes, and tool sets for transformation management domains.

- Apply knowledge to address issues, resolve dependencies, and drive technology strategy and advisory capabilities.

- Manage the planning and preparation for design thinking and customer journey workshops.

- Build an understanding of program management fundamentals for predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) delivery.

- Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to drive innovation and overcome industry obstacles.

Change Management and Culture Shift:

- Facilitate change management processes for a smooth transition to agile and digital practices.

- Address resistance to change and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Act as a cultural change agent, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of agile and digital initiatives.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate workshops to enhance collaboration.

- Identify options for problems that align with transformation goals, integrating a value management/realization approach.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of practical Agile experience, including leading agile transformations.

- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist).

- Coaching or consulting experience in Agile environments.

- Fluency in English & Portuguese language (both written and verbal).

- Strong understanding of organizational change management principles.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a transformation program driving value management/realization, executive storytelling, or managing measures of success.

- Experience in creating investment cases, focusing on value, planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing transformation recommendations.

- Knowledge of technology trends and marked interest in the latest innovations.

- Leadership qualities, consulting skills, and the ability to establish trust-based relationships.
