KC McClure is the chief financial officer at Accenture. She leads the company’s global Finance organization, which includes strategic planning and analysis, financial reporting and analysis, corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Prior to her appointment as CFO in January of 2019, KC was senior managing director for Business and Commercial Finance across Accenture’s markets and services. In addition, she was responsible for Commercial Management and Finance Strategy & Transformation.
Throughout her over 35-year career at Accenture, KC has held various leadership positions, including head of investor relations and finance director of the Communications, Media & Technology and Health & Public Service industry groups.
KC has been at the forefront of advancing Accenture’s commitment to delivering 360° value, from leading Finance's value-led transformation to formalizing more transparent environmental, social, and governance reporting.
She has been consistently recognized by Institutional Investor’s annual survey of equity analysts and institutional investors as a top CFO in the IT sector.
KC is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, where she serves on the Board of Visitors for the Smeal College of Business. She also previously served on their Accounting External Advisory Board.
KC is passionate about creating a culture of inclusion and diversity and developing the next generation of leaders. She has served on various Boards and committees aimed at fundraising and scholarships for all levels of education, including non-profit Bright Beginnings and several other educational institutions.
