Job Summary:
Review, draft and negotiate - with limited supervision - several types of contractual agreements, including: letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, contract amendments, subcontract agreements, services agreements, procurement agreements and requests for proposals. Assist more senior level Contracting Professionals in managing more complex work within a fast-moving corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure client transactions to be most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective
- Advise, and consult company professionals based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the facts of a business opportunity
- Support the development of internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge capital on various legal and business issues
- Educate company professionals in regard to contracting and risk management issues
- Represent the company’s interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams

External Relationships:
Client Executives and negotiating teams.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree in law
Authorized and licensed to practice law in Brazil
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3years relevant industry experience . Consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing experience is preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good judgment
- Accomplished negotiator with an understanding of principle-based negotiation strategy and tactics including the ability to present alternatives with proposed solutions
• Experience negotiating and drafting services agreements
• Understand basic principles of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Management
• Good executive presence
• Good understanding of contracting/risk issues, including IP, as they apply to digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions
