As a part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Capability Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation.
Bring in your technological expertise and a global perspective to enable banks and payment providers take bold steps to thrive and be future-ready. Help us reshape the banking industry with the following initiatives:
Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals.
Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.
Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities Support leaders in drafting winning pitches and discover new business opportunities.
Mentor team members contribute to their professional development.
Support asset development contribute to thought leadership, staffing, and capability development.
Estimate resource effort and cost budgets.
Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.

Requisitos
Qualifications:
MBA from a Tier-1 Business School
Over 11 years of experience in leading strategy, management, technology consulting firms, or analytics firms within the banking and financial services sector
Experience in leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services in banking set-up
Experience in leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Experience in collaborating and managing teams to perform effectively.
Experience in providing solutions to problems for immediate teams and across multiple teams.
Experience in developing and implementing project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience in monitoring and analyzing project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Experience in leading risk management activities to mitigate project risks.
Experience in providing guidance and mentorship to project team members.
Availability to travel may be required.
