Requisitos
Reviewing legal documentation (in Spanish) according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Providing suggestions to improve the process and work of the team
- Maintains policy/process knowledge by staying updated with changes, reviewing existing materials and getting updates and trainings from QTP team members, providing feedback to changes and materials.
- Collaborates with Policy, Quality, Changes and Operations and participate in improvement programs and activities, as required.

- Excellent written and communication skills in Portuguese.
