We are looking for new talent to join the Solution Architecture and Planning team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with one of our clients
Hybrid rol in CDMX.
Responsibilities:
- As an IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi-service transformational opportunities.
- Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture.
- Ensure alignment of solution to client's organization goals.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requisitos
- Main Skills expected for this role:
• Microservices architecture, OpenShift, Splunk, advanced monitoring.
• Design and implementation of monitoring, logging, and tracing strategies.
• Define SLI, SLO, and SLA to ensure service quality.
• Use of Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk for metrics and alerts.
• Implementation of custom dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Centralize logs with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Loki, Graylog.
• Design observability in CI/CD pipelines.
Main considerations:
• Design the overall architecture for system observability and monitoring.
• Design the Observability Strategy → Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing across the entire infrastructure.
• Configure alerts to detect degradation in critical services.
• Implement audit and monitoring of suspicious events.
• Collaborate with Development and SRE Teams → Integrate observability into the software lifecycle.
• Define KPIs and Dashboards → Provide insights into the system's health.
