We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'PSE - AD Factory'. The client is Puget Sound Energy, a company specializing in energy services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
- You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Test Automation is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Test Management is recommended.
- Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation with Intermediate proficiency, Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning with Intermediate proficiency, Testing Process and Quality Improvement with Intermediate proficiency, and Neotys NeoLoad with Advanced proficiency are suggested.
- Develop and implement innovative quality engineering strategies to enhance testing processes.
- Lead the team in planning and executing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Utilize Neotys NeoLoad for performance testing and optimization.
- Analyze and implement testing process improvements for enhanced quality assurance.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience with Performance Testing, demonstrated knowledge with developing workload models, various types of testing (load, stress, endurance) and multiple layers of the stack. (Required)
- 3-5 Years experience and equivalent proficiency/expertise with Performance Test frameworks and scripting (Required)
- 1 year experience and proficiency with Tricentis NeoLoad Performance test framework and scripting. (Required)
- API/Microservices - demonstrated proficiency with API layer performance testing. (Required)
- Web/UI - demonstrated proficiency with Web/UI layer performance testing. (Required)
- SPLUNK - proficiency working with SPLUNK. (Required)
- APM - Experience working with APM tools (for example; Dynatrace, SCOM, etc.) (Required)
- Strong knowledge in cloud ecosystem (SQS, SNS, Lambdas) at least in one of cloud AWS, Azure or GCP. (Required)
- Strong Technical Analysis/Troubleshooting skills (Required)
- Strong communication, ability to coordinate testing across multiple projects or teams. (Required)
- Agile/Scrum - experience working in Agile/Scrum environment 1 + year (Required)
- SAP working understanding. (Good to have)
