We are seeking for a new talent to join the Marketing & Communications team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Operations- Capacity Services'.
Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the production of digital materials for the company brand, including websites, emails, mobile content, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate digital production services with creative and development agencies and marketing personnel. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Customer Strategy CRM is required. Expert level of proficiency in Google BigQuery is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Digital Marketing is suggested.
Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement
Analyze data from Google BigQuery to optimize marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital production
Implement CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements
