Role Description:
Strategy & Consulting Global Network – Industry X Advisory – Intelligent Asset Management
With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the domains of Digital Production & Operations, Intelligent Asset Management, Capital Projects, Digital Engineering and R&D, Smart Connected Product Design & Development, Product Platform Engineering & Modernization, Product-as-a-Service Enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver client engagements spanning a wide range of disciplines, including asset management, automation, business performance improvement, business and digital strategy, operations excellence, cost optimization, and digital transformation in IT and OT.
- Collaborate with executives, drive business development efforts, and innovate solutions to address key challenges faced by our clients.
- Focus on the management and delivery of Intelligent Asset Management related client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying, assessing, and resolving complex challenges across various Intelligent Asset Management domains, including strategy, processes, technology, and governance.
- End-to-End Solutions: Managing or working with international, cross-functional, diverse teams to implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions, leveraging digital technologies and other innovative approaches.
- Business and Value Case Development: Creating compelling business cases and demonstrating the value of proposed solutions to clients.
- Innovative Solutions: Driving innovation to create new solutions to address critical business issues.
- Business Development: Leading business development and sales activities, including responding to RFPs, delivering client demos, and identifying new opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing client accounts and relationships to foster long-term partnerships and driving business opportunities.
Qualifications

General Skills:
- Proficiency in business strategy and consulting or utilities industry with a background in asset management domain.
- Right mix of industry, technology, and consulting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end project delivery for client engagements.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and a record of business development.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and effective verbal and written presentation skills.
- Proven experience in project management, resource allocation, and cost management, prioritizing high-quality outcomes and meeting turnaround metrics.
- Contribution to Thought Leadership by developing industry-specific Point of Views that align with our offerings and solutions.
Functional & Technical Skills:
- Expertise in industry best practices and standards related to Intelligent Asset Management.
- Leadership roles in digital transformation initiatives, and working experience with any of industry leading platforms like:
- Asset Performance Management (APM) platforms like GE APM, Siemens APM, ABB Asset Suite.
- Platforms used in renewable energy like PowerFactor, Basefield
- Asset Investment Planning tools (e.g., Copperleaf, Assetic).
- Work and Asset Management platforms (e.g., Maximo, Hexagon, IFS, SAP, ServiceNow).
- Operational Technology (OT) platforms such as SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS for grid operations.
- Grid operational systems from vendors like GE, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, ABB, and Hitachi.
- IOT platforms
- Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Outage Management Systems (OMS).
- AI-based tools for image analytics, predictive maintenance, and data management solutions.
- Digital Twin technologies and IIoT platforms for real-time asset monitoring.
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) and GenAI solutions.
- Robotics and automation for intelligent asset inspections and predictive analytics.
- NOTE: The above platform names are just select examples, we are platform agnostic.
- Experience applying advanced analytics techniques and tools for rapid analysis and generating actionable insights to enhance decision-making and asset optimization.
