Job Description

お客様の業務プロセス改革、DX推進を支援するプロジェクトの企画構想からシステム導入のコアメンバーとして参画いただき、Pegaソリューションをはじめとする最新クラウドソリューションを活用した、お客様の業務プロセスをあるべき姿へ改善することに貢献し、かつ個人の市場価値を向上できます。

◆業務内容
・お客様の業務プロセスのデジタル化、業務改革の企画構想・提案・推進
・Pegaソリューションをはじめとする多様なデジタル技術を活用したシステム開発・運用

◆プロジェクト事例
・大手金融におけるクラウドソリューションを活用した業務プロセスのデジタル化・自動化案件（企画構想～システム導入）
・大手官公庁におけるクラウドソリューションを活動した電子申請のコンサルティング・システム導入（企画構想～システム運用保守）
・大手電力におけるクラウドソリューションと基幹システムの導入案件（企画構想～システム導入）"

Qualification

◆応募要件
下記いずれか該当する経験をお持ちの方
・コンサルティングの実務経験
・システム導入もしくは業務改革プロジェクトにおける実務経験
・社内外で業務プロセスにおけるDXに関わった経験
・大企業で業務・組織の改革に関わった経験
・IT経験（システム構築の企画、要件定義、設計、開発、運用のいずれかの経験）

◆望ましい経験・スキル
・Pega Platformを利用した設計、開発、テスト、運用保守経験
・BPM製品の企画・導入経験
・カスタム開発(社内業務用)の企画・導入経験
・英語ビジネスレベル

◆期待するヒューマンスキル
・未経験領域でも意欲的に取り組めること
・クライアント業務の変革(DX)に興味関心を持っている方"
