Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the project requirements, developing and testing code, and ensuring the applications are aligned with the business needs. You will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Test and debug code to ensure the applications are functioning correctly. - Ensure the applications are aligned with the business needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
