Project Role : Network Operations Advisor Project Role Description : Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, or uncover opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install and service assurance etc. Must have skills : Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation Good to have skills : Network Analytics
