Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Drive alignment of business strategies with technology capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives through structured methodologies and frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
