You will ensure seamless functioning of systems and services to meet business needs and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency. - Document system configurations and processes for reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies. - Experience in managing Citrix environments. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with ITIL framework for IT service management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
