You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and develop software solutions. - Design, develop, and implement high-quality code following best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Must Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, SQL. Strong Understanding of PLSQL. - Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. - Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. - Excellent communication skills in Japanese for effective collaboration with stakeholders. - Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
