Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services, addressing operational issues, and adhering to service agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to address and resolve technical challenges. - Implement best practices for system operations and service delivery. - Document operational procedures and processes for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - Strong understanding of system operations and service delivery processes. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining production systems. - Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving operational issues. - Familiarity with documenting operational procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based deployment technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
