You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. - Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in conducting process assessments and gap analysis. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance. - Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders. - Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training sessions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
