Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Contribute to the development and implementation of technology strategies - Lead and manage technology projects - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients - Identify and analyze business requirements - Develop and implement technology solutions - Ensure project deliverables are met within the specified timelines - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements - Provide training and mentorship to junior professionals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles - Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Supply Planning Cloud - Knowledge of demand planning, inventory optimization, and production planning - Experience in data analysis and problem-solving - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite - Familiarity with other supply chain management software - Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
