Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure software meets quality standards and follows best practices. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Document software specifications and user manuals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
