Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. - Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Create and maintain project documentation. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans. - Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback. - Support the implementation of new processes and systems. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration BA. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with project management principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration BA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
