Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and industry best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and test software applications using the Spring Application Framework. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Application Framework. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C++. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Security. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. - Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Application Framework. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
