Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will be dedicated to quality and play a crucial role in keeping our world-class systems running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the interface between the client and the system or application - Use exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues - Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues - Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain customer satisfaction - Document and maintain records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A degree in a relevant field is required
