What would you do? "Our Recruitment Centre of Excellence supports business in all aspects of talent acquisition. The team works in partnership with recruitment teams to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the aim of generating candidates, creating talent pools and delivering against recruitment and growth targets. The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for the efficient way to source and lead the in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Product Solutions, Tech & Engineering, Trading, Supply Chain, Corporate, Controllers, HR, IT, Procurement, and TAX) and in line with the client’s professional recruiting process. Deep understanding within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market You will be part of a HR sourcing team which will enable to search and identify the right candidates to ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan"

Track the volume of candidates sourced from each channel to understand which channels are most effective for attracting talent within the oil and gas sector. Develop talent maps and competitor analyses to identify potential candidates and target companies with relevant expertise and experience. "
