The selected candidate will be part of Optimization team and work closely with the client and internal stakeholders to build A-B, multivariate test and deliver superior experience on websites to increase engagement and conversion. The candidate will analyze design requirement, code front end solutions on Adobe Target tool, launch and run A-B tests.
Individual Responsibilities
Develop variations in A-B test tool – Adobe Target in Java Script, jQuery, CSS, HTML5 from design requirements-mock ups, following coding standards and best practices
Configure and QA test on tool
Support in audience configuration in target- cookies audiences
Work closely with CRO specialist project pace

Requisitos
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in web development technologies – HTML5, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
Knowledge with CSS frameworks like bootstrap and foundation
Ability to create HTML5 templates- modules from scratch and apply CSS styles following mockups-design -pixel perfect.
Responsive design techniques experience
Experience interacting with cookies-local storage-session storage
Knowledge using web development and testing tools, firebug, Web developer Toolbars for chrome, Safari, IE
Experience in A-B testing, especially in Adobe Target tool is a bonus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work under stringent timelines
