Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects defining and implementing data governance models for leading companies across various industries.
- Define and implement a data governance model.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data management across all dimensions: glossary, dictionary, metadata management, data quality, accessibility, and data security.
- Establish an efficient operational model to manage the data lifecycle, including data capture, storage, integration, archiving, and disposal.
- Work closely with different departments to identify data needs and implement effective data integration solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize data governance tools.

Requisitos
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Governance Consultant or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English and Spanish (a test will be conducted).
- Deep knowledge in defining and implementing data governance models, policies, and standards.
- Familiarity with DAMA, IDG, and/or other data governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in using data governance tools: Informatica, Collibra, Talend, etc.
- Strong skills in data integration and knowledge of technologies such as ETL/ELT, API, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), virtualization, etc.
- Experience in data architecture design. Practical knowledge of paradigms like data mesh, data fabric, etc.
- Experience in data modeling. Familiarity with methodologies like Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault.
- Experience in implementing data governance models.
- Experience in defining and implementing master data management solutions (desirable).
- Data governance certifications will be considered a plus.
