Role responsibilities:
As a Workday Talent and Performance Lead, you will be there to build deep, personalised relationships to help our clients and businesses thrive.
- Design, build and deploy Workday Integrations to meet HR business process requirements
- Drive client discussions to define the integration requirements and translate the business requirements to the technology solution
- Activities include mapping business processes to support applications and defining the data entities
- Selecting integration technology components and patterns
- Designing the integration architecture, building and deploying Workday integrations.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance or Learning
- Must be proficient in Spanish and English
