Accenture’s Utilities & Renewables Industry Group in Denmark is actively seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager to spearhead Data & AI initiatives that will propel our clients towards innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and excellence in this ever-evolving area. As a Senior Manager, you will assume a central role in navigating the forefront of Data & AI advancements and transformations whilst acting as a true ambassador to our clients.
How do you know this could be the role for you?
- Client partnership: Be the trusted partner to our clients, guiding them in a variety of strategically important Data & AI decisions.
- Business development: Facilitate and contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work stretching from data fundamentals (data strategy, data management, and data architecture) to advanced analytics and AI (incl. Generative AI).
- Opportunity creation: Create and identify new Data & AI opportunities for our clients within the Utilities & Renewables industries.
- Project management: Manage projects, facilitate workshops and present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.
- Community creation: Support the scaling of a Nordic Data & AI presence within Utilities & Renewables and identify the right people to support our clients’ ambitions.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Data & AI experience: Minimum 5-8 years of professional Data & AI experience from consulting or a Utilities / Renewables company.
- Commercial acumen: Ability to drive and create value for clients and identify untouched opportunities for our clients to investigate.
- Communication skills: Skilled in building relationships as well as ability to communicate well with different stakeholders both internally in Accenture and externally with clients.
- Leadership skills: Good leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and people. Desire to contribute to the group’s development and growth.
- Network building: Ability to build and maintain a business network within Utilities & Renewables.
- Project management: Can handle projects with high pace, ownership, and execution requirements.
- Education: Relevant higher education with good results.
- Analytical mindset: A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
