Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements, design and implement reporting and analytics solutions for supply chain processes. Design and develop metrics and reports around supply chain performance, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions. Work with cross functional stakeholders, internal and external, to understand existing supply chain data and identify the ones to be tracked for driving business outcomes.

Manages tendering and execution of transportation loads. Monitors status updates from carriers (in-transit, appointment, delivered etc). Proactively communicate and resolve transportation exceptions. Provides customer service to clients and vendors during transportation planning and execution. Reports and analyzes designated key performance indicators which may include but are not limited to financial, satisfaction and operational metrics.
